In Max Payne 3, everyone's favourite grizzled detective swaps the grimy noir-lit streets of New York for the sun-drowned South American city of Sao Paulo. Addicted to pain killers and almost burned out, Max takes a job protecting the family of a real estate bigwig hoping to finally find some peace - but in true Max Payne fashion, it all goes batshit crazy in bullet time.
The official launch trailer doesn't demonstrate any actual gameplay (boo!), but it does show Max looking imperilled, bedraggled, occasionally bald and consistently pissed off. Enjoy!
Max Payne 3 is developed and published by Rockstar Games and is due for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 in the UK on May 18th. For more information, visit the official website.
