New Avatars make first appearance?

It seems Rare has shown off its new Avatars, via the front page of its official Gamescom website. As you can see here, the new Avatars seem to have a more human structure, which will probably make it easier for Kinect to translate the movements of the player into the game when using their Avatar. Kinect is due to be released in November, with the dashboard update due around the same time.
